Small Scale LNG Markets
Rising demand for clean burning fuels with stable pricing has led to increased interest in local small scale LNG facilities. Small scale liquefaction plants require smaller foot prints, can be built faster and at a lower cost, offering more economically viable solutions than large scale plants. They provide production and storage for use when demand is needed and where it is needed, reducing transportation costs compared to large scale plants that may not be as strategically located. The economic and environmental benefits offered from small scale LNG solutions are projected to drive an increase in the number of these facilities. This presentation will discuss future trends for small scale LNG production in the eastern United States over the next ten years, the primary technologies and expenditures required to be competitive.
Registration will be closed at 70 people due to room size. We encourage you to register prior to the meeting!
