Tired of being locked up at home? Join GPAEE at the Eastern State Penitentiary for our Year-End Closer

Come network with your fellow energy professionals at our first in person event since the 2020 season.  Enjoy cocktail hour on Eastern State’s spacious outdoor baseball field/happy hour space and share your ideas for dynamic programs for the GPAEE 2021-2022 year. We want to hear your thoughts!

For those interested in learning more about the historic site, there is also an optional audio tour that will immediately precede the cocktail hour. To attend, you must register for the tour when you purchase your event ticket. Tour attendees may arrive as early as 3:30pm and will have until 5:00pm for the self-guided audio tour.

The event will be held on the outdoor baseball field of the Eastern State Penitentiary. There will be two overhead tents, as well as Adirondack chairs and picnic tables for seating. Beer, wine, two signature mixed drinks, soda, and water will be served along with an assortment of hors d’oeuvres from Jack’s Firehouse.

Paid parking is available next to the venue at Parkway’s 2201 Fairmount Ave lot. Limited street parking is also available around the site.

While on site, fully vaccinated visitors may remove their masks when in outdoor locations within the penitentiary complex.

• Hand sanitizer is available, and you will be asked to sanitize their hands before entering the site.
